Connell Spain, MBA
Founder and Principal
Meet Connell Spain, your founder and principal of The Spain Group. Connell was born in Melbourne, Florida and has experienced a diverse career, beginning as a collegiate football player at Florida State University and later professionally with the San Diego Chargers. After playing a professional football player in the major motion picture film, “Any Given Sunday” directed by Oliver Stone, Connell honed his acquired business skills to launch the S.P.A.I.N Foundation (Special People Anointing Inner-City Neighborhoods) that empowers youth by providing economic awareness.
Connell has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida State University and an M.B.A. in Business Management from University of Phoenix. He has worked for several fortune 500 companies expanding his knowledge and expertise in business management. His business management career spans over 25 years and includes work as a project manager for over 10 years, a Senior Operations Manager for over 10 years, and an operations manager overseeing the executive management and daily operations for numerous companies.
